Lilly Leadership Institute
Formerly known as the Lockheed Martin Leadership Institute, the Lilly Leadership Institute program is excited to begin recruitment for Cohort 13.
What is the Certificate Program?
An intensive, multi-year leadership learning program with two-credit hour classes and a weekly one-hour lab each semester plus additional projects and workshops over three years.
15 – 25 applicants selected during the spring semester of first year
Includes classes, labs, workshops, and experiential learning opportunities
Each student develops a personal leadership development plan
The cohort is a learning team that continually reinforces leadership concepts and creates a space to share reflections


Who is Eligible?
In order to be eligible for the open positions, you must:
- Be enrolled and committed to a major in:
- Engineering and computing (CEC), emerging technologies (ETBD), information systems (ISA), statistics (STA) or other tech-related major.
- Plan to graduate May of 2027.
- Have a GPA of 2.7 or higher.
- Be committed to the certificate program for the multi-year period.
- Have a willingness to learn and a keen interest in developing your leadership abilities.

Be attentive to emails and provide additional information, obtain references, and attend interviews as required.
